HOT90 : The traditional hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room. This class is challenging, but highly effective and ideal for all levels. Beginners are welcome!

FUSION75 : This vinyasa sequence is an athletic blend of multiple styles of yoga, allowing students to explore their practice. Some yoga experience is required before taking this class.

RESTORE75 : A slower paced style of yoga, the restorative class focuses on long holds of postures to give the body time to release and open. This class is open to all levels.

SHAPE60 : This series of exercises help shape the body and move your energy to a higher level. Developed by master teacher Mary Jarvis, "shapeshifting" is ideal for helping the body heal or going to the next level. Some yoga experience is required before taking this class.
