Bikram Yoga  (Hot90) is a fun and challenging 26 pose (Asana) series that works the entire body. It's suitable for all levels, health conditions, and ages.

It is a 90 minute class performed in a heated room.  It systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to every cell in the entire body.  It works the entire spine through which the entire nervous system operates, thereby restoring all systems to their natural working order. The premise behind the yoga is: if you have a healthy spine, you have a healthy life!

The Bikram series is meant to be performed in the given order, to the best of one's ability. A principle of the class is that one can steadily work harder, deeper, yet calmer. Physical exertion and relaxation operate most effectively when practiced simultaneously. The control of breathing (Pranayama), as well as focus and concentration accomplish this. As you advance you apply yourself ever deeper into the mastery of self you reach the true meaning of hatha yoga.  It is a union; a meeting of body, mind, and spirit.

Experience Needed:  While Hot90 is challenging, it is accessible to all ages and all ability levels.  The heat in the room helps the body access postures while relieving stress and pain from the body.

Vinyasa Fusion (Fusion75) is an exciting meld of yoga traditions including Dharma, Forrest, Ashtanga, and Bikram Yoga. This challenging series will expand your yoga vocabulary and test your limits.  75 minutes.  

Experience Needed: A regular Hot90 Practice is recommended before joining this class.

Restorative Yoga  (Restore75) is a slower paced style of yoga, the restorative class focuses on long holds of postures to give the body time to release and open. This class is open to all levels. 75 Minutes.

Experience Needed: Open to all levels of yoga practitioners.

Shapeshifting Class (Shape60) Pioneered by master teacher Mary Jarvis, these simple training techniques will take your body, your mind, and your yoga practice to a whole new level! Experience Needed: A regular Hot90 practice is recommended before taking this class.
